Bangkok&nbsp;&ndash; Recently, Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited led by Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, President (3rd from left), organized the &ldquo;Bangkok Airways Aviation Youth Camp 2019&rdquo;, flying over 56 high school students from the Sukhothai, Trat and Koh Samui (Surat Thani) regions to participate in a 3-day-cost-free-youth-camp hosted by Bangkok Airways at Bangkok Airways Operations Center (BAOC) in Samut Prakan province.&nbsp;

The &ldquo;Bangkok Airways Aviation Youth Camp 2019&rdquo; is one of the activities falling under the banner of Bangkok Airways&#39;s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) community sustainability programs. The Activity aims to inspire these young students to be interested in aviation and to offer an opportunity for them to discover their future career in the industry. The 3-day event was filled with various activities including an opportunity to be in the airlines advanced flight stimulator which was exclusively instructed by the airline&rsquo;s president &ndash; Mr. Puttipong himself. Apart from that, the students also had a chance to hear real working stories from Bangkok Airways staffs from various different departments such as pilots, cabin crew, ground operations staff, ticketing staff, and engineers. The students also made a visit to Bangkok Air Catering, a catering unit of Bangkok Airways, where they got to see how the entire in-flight food service operations are conducted.&nbsp;

The &ldquo;Bangkok Airways Aviation Youth Camp 2019&rdquo;&nbsp;recruited high school students aged between 14-17 years old from 7 schools in three provinces which were; Koh Samui School, Teeparatpittaya School Samui, Sukhothai Wittayakom School, Sawan Anan Wittaya School, Keereewesrattanapienuppatum School, Khlong Yai Wittayakom School and Trattrakarnkhun School. Additionally, some of Bangkok Airways staffs children were invited to participate in the program.

กรุงเทพฯ &ndash; เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส โดยส่วนรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (CSR) นำโดยกัปตัน พุฒิพงศ์ ปราสาททองโอสถ กรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ (ที่ 3 จากซ้าย) จัดกิจกรรม &ldquo;ติดปีกเติมฝัน ปันความรู้ สู่อาชีพการบิน ปี 2&rdquo; โดยนำคณะเยาวชนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาจาก 3 จังหวัด ได้แก่ สุโขทัย ตราด และเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี พร้อมอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา รวม 56 คน เดินทางโดยเที่ยวบินของสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวยส์ มาร่วมทำกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ณ ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการการบินบริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เป็นระยะเวลา 3 วัน เพื่อรับฟังการบรรยายให้ความรู้และแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ทางด้านธุรกิจการบินจากพนักงานและผู้บริหารของสายการบินฯ โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

กิจกรรม &ldquo;ติดปีกเติมฝัน ปันความรู้ สู่อาชีพการบิน ปี 2&rdquo; เป็นหนึ่งกิจกรรมที่อยู่ภายใต้โครงการรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (CSR) ของสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์สในส่วนของการสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับชุมชน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนท้องถิ่นได้มีโอกาสเข้ามาศึกษาเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจการบิน จากผู้บรรยายที่มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานโดยตรง อาทิ นักบิน พนักงานต้อนรับบนเครื่องบิน พนักงานต้อนรับผู้โดยสารภาคพื้นดิน พนักงานสำรองที่นั่งและออกบัตรโดยสาร และฝ่ายช่าง เป็นต้น เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการค้นหาตนเอง และอาชีพที่เหมาะสมในอนาคต ซึ่งเยาวชนได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทดลองขับเครื่องบินในห้องจำลองการบิน (Flight Simulator) โดยมีกัปตัน พุฒิพงศ์ ปราสาททองโอสถ กรรมการผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) ให้เกียรติเป็นผู้ให้คำแนะนำและบรรยาย นอกจากนี้เยาวชนยังได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมกระบวนการผลิตอาหารเพื่อเสิร์ฟบนเครื่องบินจาก บริษัท ครัวการบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (Bangkok Air Catering) อีกด้วย

กิจกรรม &ldquo;ติดปีกเติมฝัน ปันความรู้ สู่อาชีพการบิน ปี 2&rdquo; บริษัทฯ ได้คัดเลือกเยาวชนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาที่มีอายุระหว่าง 14-17 ปี จาก 7 โรงเรียนใน 3 จังหวัด พร้อมครูที่ปรึกษาโรงเรียนละ 1 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 56 คน ได้แก่ โรงเรียนเกาะสมุย โรงเรียนทีปราฏร์พิทยา จากเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โรงเรียนสุโขทัยวิทยาคม โรงเรียนสวรรค์อนันต์วิทยา จากจังหวัดสุโขทัย โรงเรียนคีรีเวสรัตนเพียรอุปถัมภ์ โรงเรียนคลองใหญ่วิทยาคม และโรงเรียนตราษตระการคุณ จากจังหวัดตราด ซึ่งในปีนี้ได้เปิดโอกาสให้บุตรหลานของบริษัทฯ ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 14-17 ปี เข้าร่วมโครงการเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับเยาวชนในชุมชนด้วย
