Call Center Check-in

Call Center Check-in (Call 1771)

  1. Call Center Check-in is available from 24 hours to 2 hours before departure
  2. Applicable for Domestic flight check-in only (Both Economy Class and Business Class). To read more on our Travel Document policy, click here
  3. Checked baggage must not contain any prohibited items or dangerous goods. To read more on our Dangerous Goods policy, click here
Call Center Check-in is available for all passengers holding e-ticket with confirmed reservation. Exception are for the following types of passengers:
  1. Special passengers who purchased ticket(s) under our "Special Privilege" promotion are required to present ID Card at Check-in counter. Such promotion includes Ufare, Thai Government Employee, Thai Senior Citizen, Reduced Mobility promotion
  2. VIP, Monk, Alien passengers
  3. Passengers requiring Special Assistance. To read more on our Special Assistance, click here
  4. 无人陪伴的未成年人
  5. Passengers traveling in a group of more than 9 persons in the same reservation
  6. Passengers whose ticket require additional payment
