Bangkok Airways Passenger Service System (PSS) will be unavailable during 13-14 July 2019

Bangkok / 3rd July 2019 - Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited announces that its Passenger Service System (PSS) including Reservations, Ticketing, Inventory, and Departure Control System, will be unavailable between 13 July 2019 at 7 p.m. – 14 July 2019 at 6 a.m. Bangkok Time (GMT+7) as the airline will migrate their Passenger Service System to the Amadeus Altéa Suite. 

During the transition period, certain systems for passenger service functions such as flight bookings, flight modifications and self check-in services on both www.bangkokair.com and Call Center 1771 will not be available. Also, web check-in, mobile check-in, and kiosk check-in, will be unavailable from 11 July at 10pm – 15 July 2019 at 6am. Passengers can follow the migration updates at www.bangkokair.com.

 For passengers who would like to book and/or issue tickets, the airline recommends to please do so before the outage periods. Passengers traveling during the transition period are encouraged to arrive early (2 hours for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights) for check-in formalities at the airport and to have a copy of their confirmed e-ticket and itinerary.
