Sukhothai - Recently, Bangkok Airways led by Corporate Social Responsibility department (CSR), organized the “English Club with Bangkok Airways” activity with an aim to inspire and encourage students in Sukhothai to use English language in their daily lives. The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Chanarong Jaisumlid, Manager – Sukhothai Airport Development (Center) and joined by over 60 students from three schools in Sukhothai. The event was held at Ban Huai Tom School, Amphoe Si Satchanalai, Sukhothai.
Bangkok Airways recognizes the importance of using English in communication and therefore organizes the "English Club with Bangkok Airways" activity. This is the fourth year the airline organizes such activity. The activity aims to inspire and encourage students from schools in Sukhothai province to be interested in learning English through fun and engaging activities. Moreover, the activity also aims to build relationship with the local community and to encourage Bangkok Airways employees to take part in community activities by sharing their skills and knowledge with the locals.
The “English Club with Bangkok Airways” activity was joined by over 60 students from Ban Huai Tom School, Ban Dong Ya Pa School and Ban Mae Ku School, which all students had an amazing time learning English through fun-filled activities such as word guessing, word hinting and word pairing as well as a story telling in English.
