On Tuesday 9 April 2024, Bangkok Airways Plc (the Company) organized AGM of Shareholders 2024 (the Meeting) via electronic media (E-AGM). Significant agendas included.
1. Report on Annual Performance 2023
The Meeting acknowledged the report on Annual Performance 2023, whereby the Company launched two new flight routes: Lampang - Mae Hong Son and Don Mueang - Samui and increased two partnership airlines with Singapore Airlines (Codeshare) and Air India (Interline).

2. Dividend Payment
In 2023, the Company’s Separate Financial Statements show that the Company generated a net profit of Baht 3,135,089,455, so that the Company Board of Directors approved payment of interim dividend from performance during the first 9 months of the year 2023 at Baht 0.50 per share, a sum of Baht 1,050,000,000, already paid to shareholders on 12 December 2023. Therefore, the AGM of Shareholders 2024 resolved to approve payment of dividend to shareholders for performance in 2023 at Baht 0.50 per share, a sum of Baht 1,050,000,000. Altogether the total rate of dividend payment is Baht 1.00 per share and total sum of Baht 2,100,000,000. Rate of dividend payment is approximately 67% of net profit in separate financial statement after deduction of legal reserve which complies with the Company policy on Dividend payment.
3. Election of directors to replace those retired by rotation.

The meeting resolved to re-elect the four directors retired by rotation for another term of office.
A total of 422 shareholders attended the Meeting in person and by proxy, holding a total of 1,697,548,817 shares.
